We want to make your visit as pleasant as possible. Please feel free to talk to one of our insurance specialists if you have questions about your bill, insurance, or financial hardships.

• Please bring your insurance card to each office visit. We accept Medicaid, most TennCare and commercial insurance. If you are unsure if we are on your insurance plan, please call our Insurance Specialist. We may be a participating provider or be able to work out arrangements with your insurance company.
• Many insurance plans require a referral from a family physician or other doctor. Please check with your insurance to help obtain this authorization prior to your visit.
• Please be prepared to pay for your medical charges at the time of your visit, (including co-payments, deductibles, and any services not covered by insurance.)
